Spa bookings will only be accepted on receipt of Credit Card reference. Hotel residents may charge their treatments to their room but will still need to supply Credit Card reference when booking any Spa treatment.
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations. After this time 50% of the total treatment charge will be levied to your card. If less then 12 hours notice is given for cancellation the full cost of treatment will be levied to your Credit Card.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are non transferable and non refundable.
It is essential that all guests present to reception upon arrival 15 minutes prior to commencement of treatment. If it is your first visit to the Oceo Spa we recommend that you arrive 30 minutes in advance in order to complete any questionnaire or assessment as may be deemed necessary.
Likewise all treatments during your visit must commence at the exact appointed time. Lateness on your part will result in a reduced treatment time at the full listed price.
CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
There is no need to bring towels or robes for your visit as these will be provided during check in. The treatment area of the Oceo Spa is ‘a soft shoe area’ and these will be provided. Gentlemen must wear swim shorts throughout all treatments. Disposable underwear will be provided to ladies where necessary. The entire Oceo Spa area is strictly a mobile phone free zone. Furthermore, we would ask you to respect the calm and quiet environment that we have carefully created at Oceo Spa. Whilst we wish for everyone to thoroughly enjoy their time with us we would like to promote an environment of mutual respect in relation to noise etc.
DURATION OF VISIT
Only food and beverages purchased in the Oceo Spa can be consumed on the premises and only in the designated dinning areas. Oceo Spa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property on or about the premises. Handbags are not permitted in the treatment areas and must be stored in the locker provided. It is our recommendation that you do not wear jewellery during treatments.
NOTE: Please make spa reservations at least three weeks prior to your arrival to the hotel.
