All spa treatment products are available for sale in OceoOceo Spa Experience
Spa Times: We are open from 8am to 8pm daily
Treatments: To ensure efficiency for all guests we would ask for you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the treatment.
Comfort: For your comfort and convenience, towels, slippers and bathrobes are provided. We will ask all our clients to change into robes and slippers prior to the treatment.
Noise Levels: In order to maintain the serene and relaxing environment within the Spa, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum and mobiles phones to be switched off.
Payment: Credit Card details will be asked for when making your booking
Cancellations: For those who wish to cancel their appointment we advise that 48 hours notice should be given in order not to incur any charge. There will be a 50% charge if cancellation is within 48 hours of treatment and 100% charge if within 24 hours of treatment.
Useful tips: Drink plenty of water to re-hydrate the body during your stay. Water, herbal tea and fresh fruit are provided in the cafe area. Swimwear is obligatory in Oceo Spa area at all times
Cool off in between each heat experience by using the Ice Grotto & Bucket.
For hygienic reasons please shower before use and between each Oceo Spa Experience.
If in doubt please ask a Spa Assistant and they will be happy to guide and assist you.
Medical Conditions
At the Oceo Spa, all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which must be disclosed on booking, to ensure that you receive the best treatment possible.
If you have a medical condition (such as any form of cancer experienced in the last 3 years), and would like to discuss the options available to you, Oceo Spa's highly trained staff are happy to offer guidance and assistance.
Suitability of treatments will be reconfirmed on arrival at the Oceo Spa.
If treatments are unsuited to your individual needs, we will endeavour to offer alternatives where possible.
Limitations on certain treatments are indicated for certain conditions.
We use Payot which is a skincare line found in the most prestigious spas worldwide. Payot follows a holistic philosophy combining nature with the latest scientific technology producing highly visible results for all skin types and concerns. However, Payot is an active product so if undertaking a private treatment at the Oceo Spa, please inform your therapist prior to the treatment if you have a history of skin sensitivity in order for us to tailor-make your treatment accordingly.
