1. After 78 Kilometers you will approach Junction 22 (signed Inch).
2. Take this exit, at the 1st roundabout follow the signs for Gorey.
3. At the 2nd roundabout take 1st exit (signed Ballymoney) at Green’s Berry Farm.
4. Follow this road for 2 Kilometers.
5. Take the left hand turn (signed for Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel) at Redmond’s Home & Garden World.
6. Proceed forward for 2 Kilometers through Ballymoney village.
7. Turn Left into Seafield.

From Wexford:

1. Take N11 Northbound (signed Dublin).
2. Approach Junction 23 (signed Courtown).
3. Take this exit and at 1st roundabout take the 1st exit (signed Courtown).
4. At 2nd Roundabout follow signs for Courtown.
5. Straight after roundabout take 1st left hand turn.
6. Follow road until you come to the T-Junction, where you will take the left hand turn.
7. Follow this road for approx 1 mile.
8. Turn right into Seafield Golf and Spa Hotel before Ballymoney Village.

From Kilkenny:

At Dublin roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N10 (signed Dublin).
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N10.
Continue forward onto the N10 Entering Paulstown.
Continue forward onto the N9.
Continue forward onto the N9 Entering Leighlinbridge.
Continue forward onto the N9 Entering Carlow.
At traffic signals bear right on the N9 (signposted Dublin).
At traffic signals turn right onto the N80.
At Tullow Road Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N80 (Signposted Rosslare, Tullow).
Continue forward onto the N80 Entering Ballon.
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto the N80.
Continue forward onto the N80 Entering Bunclody.
At crossroads continue forward onto Ryland Street - N80 (Signposted Enniscorthy).
Continue forward onto the N80 Entering Clohamon.
Turn left onto the N11 (Signposted Dublin).
Continue forward onto the N11 Entering Ferns.
Turn right onto the N11 (Signposted Dublin).
At roundabout take 2nd exit (Signposted Dublin).
Follow Steps 2 to 8 from Wexford directions.

From Cork:

Continue forward onto the N25 Youghal Bypass (signposted Waterford, Rosslare)
Following the signs for Waterford, until you arrive in Waterford.
At traffic signals continue forward onto the N25 (signposted All Routes)
At traffic signals continue forward onto Parnell Street - N25 (signposted Limerick, Dublin, Rosslare)
At traffic signals continue forward onto The Mall - N25 (signposted Dublin, Limerick)
At traffic signals turn right onto the N25 (signposted Dublin, Rosslare)
At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the N25 (signposted Rosslare, Wexford).
At traffic signals continue forward onto the N25 (signposted New Ross, Rosslare).
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N25 (signposted New Ross).
Continue forward onto the N25 Entering New Ross.
At traffic lights go straight ahead up the small side street and turn left.
Continue forward out of New Ross following signs for Clonroche (N30).
Continue forward on the N30 following signs for Enniscorthy.
At roundabout take the second exit onto N30.
Turn left onto N11 (signposted All Routes).
Take left hand lane and continue forward (signposted Dublin, Carlow (N80).
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the N11 (signposted Dublin, Carlow (N80)
Continue forward onto the N11 Entering Ferns
Turn right onto the N11 (signposted Dublin).
Follow Steps 2 to 8 from Wexford Directions.

From Gorey:

Entering Gorey, follow the main street down through the town staying on the main Dublin road at the cross junction at the bottom of the main street.
Follow the Dublin road and take the first turn off to the right (Signed for Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel, also Ballymoney)
Follow the signs through to Seafield Golf & Spa Hotel.
