AGSI - Annual Conference - 2nd, 3rd & 4th April 2012
I just wanted to drop a short mail to you for the attention of Micháel, Brian , Niamh and your other staff there.
I recently attended the AGSI Annual Conference in your hotel. This is my 13th such conference since 1998, with each conference in a different hotel and a different location.
This conference has been by far the best yet regarding the welcome extended by management and staff. Several of my colleagues , who similarly have attended many conferences, have stated that to me also.
Nothing was too much trouble for your staff, and they carried out their tasks with courtesy , professionalism, and most importantly , a smile. This aspect of the experience was also stressed by my colleagues.

I’ve only good things to say about Seafield Hotel. Praise for the staff who have made me feel so welcome every time I’ve visited,
awe for the suite I stayed in last, love for the views and the beach on your doorstep
and a smidge of envy for anyone who gets to visit there more than me!
I couldn’t recommend Seafield highly enough for a get away with friends or a group event.
And as for the Oceo Spa.....I think I may have found my new spiritual home.
